Asia Online School of the Prophetic Harp

Welcome students of the Asia Online School of the Prophetic Harp. This webpage is designed to provide you with the resources that you will want to refer to as you go through each class. During each LIVE class the actual sessions will be recorded and posted on our private Facebook Page so that you can review the content  of the lesson when ever you like. This will be especially useful for practicing songs, as you will be able to play along with the segments that were recorded at the Jerusalem Harp School classroom. These segments that are used during our online class time can be found in the form below. I encourage you to watch the entire content provided for you as this is a great value to you and we will not have time to use every moment from the Jerusalem School. The full content of the Jerusalem school will be made available on this page “part-by-part” as we cover the topics during our school time.

There will be assignments where I will ask you to view specific segments and I will provide you with the exact link to view. We will typically review the topic of the assignment at the beginning of each lesson to check in to see how you are understanding the content. These assignments will be posted on this webpage week-by-week so you will be able to click on the link and watch the content, so be sure and watch for the information on this page every week. I suggest that as you watch, you should take notes to enhance your retention.

During our live class time we will be focusing on the more hands-on harp playing, however, there is a significant devotional and spiritual component that will be assigned to you each week that will be transformational. It is my deep desire to see a prophetic mantle imparted to you as we meet together during the school. It is my hope that you will experience the power of what God is doing as He is restoring the use of the harp in these End Times.

AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – WELCOME BACK 

As you know, I asked the class if they wanted to continue the school (for at least another 5 classes) after we finish the 11th session (Monday, March 28). The consensus is that most everyone would like a one month break, to practice more on their own, and then continue after that. So that is what we are going to do. So the 11th class is on March 28th and we will resume on May 2 for another 5 lessons. There has also been a request to have an 8pm start so people have a bit more time to get home from work and have dinner before the class starts, so we will move the start time to 8pm your time. Some have already paid for their tuition for the extended month of lessons but for most of everyone I have paused you recurring payments. I will restart the payment for one more payment on May 1st. Thank you everyone for such a great class and such enthusiastic participation!

Since this is the last class for the Asia School of the Prophetic Harp, I am not assigning you any home work. It has been a great joy to work with you and to see the progress that you have made. As promised I would like to hold a meeting where you all gather in the same place so that you can hear each other. For those who can’t make it we will have the Zoom meeting so the gathering can be attended live as well as view later.

As a special favor, I would love to get testimonials of your experience with the Harp School on video using Zoom. Please give this some thought and if you are willing we can record that after class. I would also appreciate your feedback regarding the school, so if you could just send me an email telling me what you enjoyed about the school and what I could do to improve it.

 Find someone to pray for with your harp. First as you are praying for someone, I want you to listen for a single word from God such as “Faith”, “Love”, “Patience”, or “Sadness”, “Mourning”, “Abundance”, “Riches”, “Forgiveness”, etc… all of these words can apply to us individually… but hopefully as you listen for an individual word that you will hear from God that applies to the person you are praying for. Once you select a word, then I want you to think of a scripture that relates to that specific word. Then I want you to play some chords and sing that scripture over the person you are praying for and try to personalize it for that person. Don’t worry if you don’t feel you have some precise word from God. It is always a blessing to pray the Word over someone.

Continue to practice setting your levers as you play your scales with the proper fingering as well as the chords. Continue to practice Ivdu Et Hashem playing the base notes in your left hand a the chords in your right hand. Try to play with both hands together, alternating base notes and chords in the right hand. Try to sound out the melody as shown in the Jerusalem Video as seen in the chart below.

Here are a few questions I will be asking at the start of the second session:

When you watched the “4. Tuning and Care of Your Harp” that was assigned, what is the parable of the tuning of your harp and being in harmony with God and other believers? 

In the recording I briefly discussed the idea of the tuning standard A440? Do you think there is any special benefit to using some other tuning standard? Does this slight variation make a special difference or is it more important to be “tuned in your heart”?

How is the tuner a plumb line as it relates to the Word of God? 

Did you understand the idea of tuning your levers?
